She aims to help expand thinking and give their absolute best in everything. She does this by sharing her story in such a way that it speaks to the humanity in all who are listening.

Respected as a credible voice in advocacy, Christina poised herself and is determined to amplify the narrative surrounding being from the inner city of Jamaica, poor, a woman, LGBT and an immigrant living in America. She has made appearances on Netflix, and in the New York times and Diva Mag UK. Mitchell holds an BS in Kinesiology from Liberty University and a Masters degree in Sports Science from the Gardner-Webb Univ, and she is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and is a Certified Life Coach.
Currently, as CEO and Co-founder of the Eloise Hylton Inc. she oversees the operation of this budding non-profit organization. She is now actively pursuing writing and transformational speaking as a means of expanding her platform. She began her career in public speaking in Jamaica as a young girl, from being on debate and sports teams, she has always advocated for the voiceless and the underserved.
